Abstracts can only be submitted here electronically during the abstract submission process.
Changes to abstracts until the deadlines given above can be edited here until the submission deadline.
Abstracts must be written in English.
Maximum length is 2,500 characters (including spaces) – not applicable for invited speakers.
It is the author's responsibility to submit a fully finalised abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will be reproduced as typed by the author.
Notification of the acceptance as oral presentation will be sent out by late July to early August 2025. Acceptance of poster presentations will not be separately confirmed. Abstracts will be assessed by an expert panel of reviewers. Acceptance of the submitted work is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
The submitting author receives all information concerning the abstract. The submitting author is responsible for the consent of all co-authors and for informing all other co-authors of the status of the abstract.
By submitting the abstract, submitters understand that their abstract, including names, is stored electronically and will be published in the abstract book of the conference also in electronic form.
